And the winner is... Congratulations to Ms. Hughes' class for collecting the most box tops this school year!

Congratulations also to Ms. Fitzgerald's class for collecting the most box tops for the combined month of May/June!

Please remember to collect your box tops over the summer. At the Robinson, we are sending home a collection sheet for the summer. However, please remember you can always submit box tops at the Jordan/Jackson or the Robinson in a baggie or on sheets.

On behalf of the coordinators thank you so much for making this such a successful box top year!

Have a wonderful summer and remember to keep clipping!

Yearbooks were distributed to the teachers on Friday at both schools -- they should either have gone out on Friday or at some point this week.

Thank you so much to our wonderful Yearbook committees!! Jana Fligor and Amber DeBrosse (Robinson) and Erica Marzella and Christina Black (Jordan/Jackson) did a fabulous job with this year's yearbooks.  Countless hours go into putting these books together -- thank you for all of your hard work to ensure that we have beautiful books to capture the year!

We can't forget all of the classroom photographers!  Thank you for taking such amazing pictures!!

Forgot to order your memory book?  There are limited number of books available in the offices at each school.  Stop in with your payment of $25 (checks can be made out to MESA) and pick up a copy while they last!

5th Grade Graduates!

Congrats to all of our 5th graders on becoming MESA graduates!!

Good luck in middle school!

Incoming QMS Students

5th grade moms and dads - If you'll have a child at QMS this fall, please sign up for the QMS PAC (Parent Advisory Council) email list. Just email the PAC at
qms.pac@gmail.com with your name, email address(es) (moms and dads are both encouraged to sign up!), and the grade(s) of your children in QMS and the elementary schools as of September 2017! You can also like PAC on Facebook or follow us on Twitter @qmspac.

Incoming Kindergarten Students

If you have an incoming kindergartener and already receive emails from MESA, you still must update your profile by CLICKING HERE and adding Kindergarten to you profile to ensure you receive kindergarten specific notices (fall social, garden wonders, etc).  Please do not make any other changes for your other elementary children.  We will update the other grades this summer.

All contact info is now maintained on Constant Contact.  You will receive instructions to add your contact information and/or change your preferences.  Please contact us at info@mesa4parents.org with any questions.

MESA General Meetings 2017-18

Thank you all for filling out our survey at the beginning of this school year regarding our MESA general meetings that we hold once a month.  We heard you and took opinions into account and tried to schedule both day and night meetings this year as well as post agendas prior to the meetings.  With exception of the first day/night meeting of the year where we had quite a few people attend, we typically average 4-7 attendees throughout the year which is less than 1% of our parent population.   Therefore we found that night meetings were no more successful than day meetings.

Please be on the look out for our first MESA General meeting typically mid-September which we will host both during the day and at night time.  We will be hosting every other month meetings this coming year and are hoping to coincide these meetings with a speaker series throughout the year on a variety of topics.

Thank you to all those who took the time out of their schedules to attend MESA general meetings this past year.

If you have any thoughts or feedback please contact Stephanie Znoj at secretary@mesa4parents.org
